Terms of Service

By using FreeAIVoiceGenerator, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for content you have the right to submit, generate, download, or share. The service provides short AI-generated text-to-speech previews and consent-first memorial voice workflows. It is not a tool for deceptive impersonation, harassment, scams, or unauthorized voice cloning.

Acceptable use

You may use the public text-to-speech tool to preview original scripts, educational narration, accessibility drafts, social video voiceovers, and private message ideas. You may use memorial workflows only with authorized recordings and only when you have the legal and personal right to use that voice. Generated audio must be treated as AI-generated. If a use case requires disclosure, permission, or a platform-specific label, you are responsible for adding it before publishing.

Prohibited use

You may not use FreeAIVoiceGenerator to clone or imitate a person without permission, impersonate a living or deceased person, mislead listeners about who is speaking, commit fraud, produce political or social manipulation under false pretenses, harass another person, bypass copyright or publicity rights, or create audio that violates applicable law. You may not submit recordings you do not have authorization to use. You may not use the product to imply that a generated memorial voice is a real-time conversation with a deceased person.

Memorial voice availability

Memorial voice cloning and paid memorial checkout are temporarily unavailable while provider access is being upgraded. Waitlist forms collect interest and source attribution; they do not guarantee a launch date, approval of a particular voice, or availability of a specific provider feature. If the feature returns, it will remain subject to consent, safety, account, and provider restrictions.

Accounts, limits, and downloads

Some features require an account. Free previews may be limited by character count, daily generation count, provider availability, or abuse prevention rules. Download access may require login. We may rate-limit, block, remove, or review activity that appears automated, abusive, deceptive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Generated audio responsibility

You are responsible for how you use generated audio after it leaves the site. Do not use output in a way that violates platform rules, advertising rules, copyright, privacy, publicity rights, or another person's consent. If the audio is used in a public video, advertisement, classroom, customer support flow, or memorial context, you should keep the source script accurate and make AI involvement clear when a reasonable listener could be misled.

Disputes and enforcement

If a generated voice, upload, or message appears unauthorized, use the Report Abuse page. During review, disputed content, voice profiles, or related account actions may be frozen or removed. We may request additional context before taking action. Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or permanent removal from the service.

Privacy and contact

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Consent Policy. For support, email support@freeaivoicegenerator.com. Do not send private credentials, payment card details, or recordings that you are not authorized to share.
