Where to send different requests

If you are asking about text-to-speech previews, describe the script length, selected voice, and whether the issue happened during preview or download. If you are asking about a memorial voice workflow, include whether the question is about consent, upload, waitlist status, or generated audio. If the issue involves unauthorized cloning, impersonation, or disputed recordings, use the Report Abuse page so the request is routed with the right context.

Privacy, consent, and legal questions

Privacy questions should reference the Privacy Policy and explain whether the request is about uploaded audio, generated audio, account data, or email notifications. Consent questions should reference the Consent Policy. FreeAIVoiceGenerator is designed for authorized, AI-labeled audio workflows and does not support deceptive impersonation.

Expected response

Support is prioritized by risk. Abuse, impersonation, and privacy requests are reviewed before general product questions. For abuse reports, provide enough detail to identify the disputed voice or generated output, but avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. For routine product questions, a concise description and the relevant URL is usually enough.
