Privacy Policy
How FreeAIVoiceGenerator handles account data, uploaded recordings, generated audio, analytics, cookies, and support requests.
FreeAIVoiceGenerator is a web-based AI voice product. The public tool lets users create short text-to-speech previews, and the memorial workflow collects interest for a consent-first voice feature while provider access is being upgraded. This policy explains what information may be collected, why it is needed, and what choices users have. It is written for this product, not as a generic privacy template.
Information you provide
When you create an account, join the memorial waitlist, contact support, or report abuse, we may collect your email address, page source, message text, and the details you choose to include. If you submit a memorial voice request, the workflow may also collect consent confirmations, source page information, referrer data, and campaign fields such as UTM source, medium, and campaign. These fields help us understand which pages create real user demand without guessing from anonymous traffic alone.
Audio and generated files
For text-to-speech previews, the service may process the text you enter, selected voice settings, and generated audio metadata. For memorial workflows, uploaded recordings and generated audio require special care because a voice can identify a person. The product is designed around authorized recordings only. Generated memorial audio should be treated as AI-generated and private unless the user has a clear right to share it. Provider-side voice model identifiers, generated file URLs, and generation history may be stored so the product can show previous work, enforce limits, and support deletion or dispute review.
Service providers
The site may use infrastructure and service providers for authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and AI generation. Examples in the current product architecture include Supabase for database records, storage providers for uploaded or generated audio, Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payments when paid features are available, and AI voice providers for text-to-speech or voice processing. These providers process information only as needed to operate the service, secure accounts, deliver requested features, or respond to support and abuse reports.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
FreeAIVoiceGenerator may use analytics to understand page visits, generation events, download clicks, pricing views, and waitlist submissions. If Google AdSense or other Google advertising products are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and understand traffic quality. Third parties may place or read cookies in a user's browser as a result of ad serving. Users can learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services at Google partner sites policy.
How information is used
Information is used to provide voice previews, manage accounts, enforce free usage limits, keep memorial workflows consent-first, send waitlist or support emails, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve the content and navigation of the site. Abuse reports may be used to freeze or review a disputed voice workflow. We do not design the service for deceptive impersonation, unauthorized cloning, scams, harassment, or attempts to make generated audio appear to be a real person speaking live.
Retention and deletion
Account and operational records are kept only as long as needed for the product purpose, legal obligations, abuse prevention, and support. Users can request deletion of account data, uploaded recordings, generated audio, or memorial waitlist records by contacting support@freeaivoicegenerator.com. Some logs or payment records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, tax, or dispute reasons. When a deletion request concerns a voice model or generated memorial audio, the review may include provider-side deletion steps where applicable.
Your choices
You can avoid creating an account if you only want to read public content. You can avoid memorial workflows if you do not have authorization for a recording. You can unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link where provided. For consent questions, read the Consent Policy. For misuse, use Report Abuse. For general privacy questions, contact support@freeaivoicegenerator.com.
